I hear you, these are a few argumentative and bullheaded folks that hang out there. If they never heard it, it can't possibly be true. I'm a engineering and science kind of guy, things can be explained with numbers and formulas.
Somethings just can't be explained.....yet. Like when I recapped a set of Klipsch Heresy's and for the first hour or so they sounded horrible, screeches and squeals from the highend that made me cringe, than just like that they mellowed out and sounded great. According to the "know it all's", I just got acclimated to the sound. I gave up on them while others reported the same thing.
I still hang out there as some are a wealth of knowledge and I respect what they have to say, we have folks like that on this board as well. Read a forum long enough and you learn who's post you should skip right over.
